Woodside, an Active Adult Community for those 55+ years of age, is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) located in Mount Vernon, Washington. This development contains 164 homes and is managed by a Homeowners Association (HOA). Each home is stand alone, individually owned, and most are single-level designs. Homeowner yard maintenance is covered by HOA dues. Amenities include a community lodge, large & small parks, a games court (bocce ball, horseshoes, cornhole) and a fire pit.
